Terms of Service

Parlays.gg is a sports market research platform. It publishes statistical model projections for sporting events, compares them against sportsbook market prices, and provides historical performance records and backtesting tools. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service is informational and analytical. We do not accept, place, broker, or facilitate wagers of any kind, and nothing on the service constitutes betting, financial, or investment advice. Model outputs are probabilistic research artifacts, not recommendations to risk money. See the Disclaimer for details — it is part of these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service is lawful in your jurisdiction.

• Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• One account per person. Accounts are not transferable.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or attempt to circumvent access controls.

• Paid tiers are billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual cycle and renew automatically until canceled.
• You can cancel anytime via the billing portal in your account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
• We may change prices with notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download content or data from the service, or access it by automated means except through interfaces we explicitly provide for your tier.
• Resell, redistribute, or republish model outputs, picks, or data without written permission.
• Circumvent tier gating, rate limits, or other access controls.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the models or their training data.
• Use the service to violate any law or third-party right.

The service — including its models, projections, software, design, and branding — is owned by Parlays.gg or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial research while your account is in good standing.

Projections, probabilities, edges, track records, and backtest results are generated from statistical models and third-party data feeds (schedules, scores, and odds). Both can contain errors, gaps, or delays. We make no warranty that any output is accurate, complete, or current, and market prices shown may differ from those available at any sportsbook at any moment.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parlays.gg and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits and, without limitation, any wagering losses incurred in reliance on the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Sections 7 through 12 survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver; if any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
